Artists, Vendors and Suppliers can create their own FREE e-Shop in a few minutes on our SA e-Shop Marketplace which allow e-Shop Owners to track sales, manage staff, orders, stock, deliveries, and sell their services/products nationwide all from one easy-to-use Dashboard, anytime, anywhere!
The platform offer some of the following functions & features just to name a few:

-Implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services /products.
-Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
-Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with service supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
-Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
-Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
-Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work Hours & Benefits:
Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
Sat 9am -1pm
The selected Candidate will be working mostly remotely and are sometimes required to work extra hours to meet timeframes and sales goals.
We offer commission on services & sales successfully ordered through your Sales Representatives Team via a Affiliation Program which track each sale via Affiliation Links appointed to each Sales Representative. Live Analytic Reports on sales and progress can be accessed and viewed anytime, anywhere to keep you updated on how your Sales Team is performing!
Below are our Paid Services you will be earning commission on :

SA Business Directory Listing:
R80.00 once off Commission per sale performed by each Sales Representative respectively automatically tracked by our very powerful Affiliation Program, meaning you will be able to track and manage sales anytime, anywhere, from any device.
Featured Listing (Valid for 7 Days):
R50.00 once off Commission per sale performed by each Vendor registered via Affiliation Links of each Sales Representative in your Team, respectively.
e-Commerce Web Development Services:
R300.00 once off Commission per sale performed by each Vendor ordered via Affiliation Links of each Sales Representative in your Team, respectively.
*Number of Sales Representatives you will be managing (Nationwide): 100
Basic Income Potential:
Daily Targets: 3x Business Directory Listings x 100 Sales Representative @ R80.00 (Your Commission) = R24 000.00 earning potential per day!

-Meeting sales goals on a weekly basis by monitoring progress.
-Analyzing sales data.
-Management and leadership skills.
-Developing budgets for Marketing Campaigns.
-Mentoring and coaching Sales Representatives.
-Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Education and Experience Requirements:
-5 Years of experience as Sales Manager, prefferably in Retail, Martketing & Advertising.
-Sales Team Management experience essential.
-HR / Recruitment experience an advantage.
-Proven track record of positive sales performance.
-Available Immediately and able to work remotely.
